For stir-fry fanatics, pork stir-fry is just the right dinner for you. This will only take you about 5 minutes to prepare and 12 minutes cooking time. So easy to do yet so healthy to eat and just don't forget to retain texture and flavor, the pork and vegetables are cooked quickly on high heat. Then serve immediately with rice for a yummy dinner meal.

PORK STIR-FRY

You will need:

½ kilo pork rounds (kasim), trimmed and cut into strips

4 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 small bunch green beans, chopped into 1 ½-inch lengths

1 pack of mixed frozen peas, carrots, and corn

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch strips

Half a 200-gram can of chopped button mushrooms

Here’s how:

Make the marinade: Mix soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Marinate the pork. Set aside.

Place green beans in boiling salted water for 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add frozen vegetables to the pot and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from water. Set aside.

Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry pork for half a minute on high heat. Next, add peppers and mushrooms. When pork is cooked, lower the flame and pour in the marinade. Add all veggies and stir well. Serve warm.
