Making your own pasta may sound like a daunting task. Without a pasta roller it certainly can be, but don't let that hinder you. You can also use a rolling pin but ask for extra helping hands as it entails a bit of muscle effort. Once cooked, put sauce sparingly; you want the flavor of the pasta to shine after all that hard work!

Eating would be a lot of fun if you will add a simple touch with what you will serve to your family. To make your bread delightful to the taste, I have added here a spread recipe to give beauty to the usual crostini.

Placing the garlic spinach spread in a turbo broiler just before serving gives a nice golden brown crust. No broiler? You can serve it after taking it off the heat.
