This food combination is a classic - and you may just find yourself eating gallons of this salad daily. All you need in this recipe can be found in any Japanese store of your choice. This is now your time to try tossing your salad without even sweating looking for the ingredients. Everything is just so quick and easy in this recipe.



KANI AND EDAMAME SALAD WITH MISO-SOY DRESSING

You will need:


1 bag edamame (green soybeans), peeled

1/4 cup shredded kani sticks (crab sticks)

1/2 cup shredded carrots

2 tablespoons miso-soy dressing

Here's how:


Toss all ingredients together and serve slightly chilled.
