Leave at least some of the spices for the dinner table. Pepper, cayenne, salt, and garlic are yummy additional seasonings you can add. Many people like different things in terms of spices. Make these available for customization after you cook the meal, instead of adding them during cooking. Each person can personalize their own dish.

All good cooks organize their cooking supplies well for the most efficient experience in the kitchen. If you refuse to organize your cooking supplies, you'll take longer to find the utensils you need. Organize your kitchen logically. As an example, keep all of your spices stored in one cabinet for ease.
