ASIAN PORK FRIED RICE DINNER

You will need:

1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into very thin strips

1 tablespoon Bertolli olive oil

1 small sweet onion, finely chopped

1¾ cups water

1 package Knorr-Lipton Sesame Chicken Rice Slides

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 red bell pepper, cut into very thin strips

2 green onions, thinly sliced

Here's how:

1) Cook pork in large skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat about 3 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally. Remove and set aside.

2) Add onion to skillet and cook 3 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally. Stir in water and Knorr-Lipton Sesame Chicken Rice Slides and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook covered for 12 minutes.

3) Combine eggs and green onions. Pour egg mixture over rice and cook covered about 2 minutes, until eggs begin to set. Stir in red pepper and reserved pork and cook until heated through.
