Bake the tortillas with the sauce poured on the top until they are hot and crunchy. You can also make sweet variants of empanadas with fruits, chocolate and other essence to satisfy your sweet tooth. It is most likely that for many people flan, churros and sweet enchiladas might be the top three Mexican dessert dishes but it's totally up to you to choose your favorites.
