How you can Meditate Like a Master Within 30 days

Days 1-5

The first five days from the process are going to be spent becoming conscious of the things that you're interested in. This way, just before you start dozing to sleep your arm will fall and awaken you. You will also still observe your thoughts while they enter into your mind just when you did during days 1 to five. During these 5 days, or right after, you could start experiencing something known as "sleep paralysis" once you get up from sleeping during the night.

Although sleep paralysis can be terrifying, it is critical to remember that this is just your physical body being still asleep when you are conscious and awake. It will usually pass while you progress through the next stages of meditation...

Days 11-20

During days 11-20 of learning how to meditate, you will focus on weeding the random thoughts from your head. To get this done, you simply acknowledge a considered loud that pops into your head like so:

"I'm thinking about checking my email"

"I'm contemplating watering my lawn"

"I'm thinking about what I'll tell my boss in the meeting"

While you try this, you'll find that the thoughts quickly vanish from your consciousness once you acknowledge them. During this stage, you will also be lying on your bed with your arm up to stop you from dozing off and away to sleep. From the end of these ten days, you'll be ready for the ultimate stage of meditation...

Days 21-30

Through the final 10 days of learning how to meditate, you'll be refining the skill of remaining within the hypnogic state and clearing your mind of any thoughts which can enter into it. The only objective of these 10 days is usually to be in a state of complete calm in mind, body and spirit. If you learn any thoughts coming into the mind, simply follow the process of acknowledging them just while you did during days 11 to twenty. Through the end of the 10 day period, you'll have mastered the skill of meditation and you'll have already begun to see the advantages of more sound sleep, lower stress levels, better concentration and more focused willpower.
