Filipino mangoes are said to be distinct in its taste. Its sweetness has been told in many Filipino legends and  it came out to be the, "Philippine National Fruit". How it got its unique taste is not as important now especially if you will taste its sweetness. But this is only true with the ripe ones. Unripe green mangoes are usually sour and   distasteful to eat. But what will happen if we will combine the green unripe mangoes with the rest of this recipe ingredients?
