CREAMY BEEF RICE TOPPING
You will need:
½ kilo tenderloin tips
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cups rice
1 pack brown gravy mix
1 cup cold water
1 200-gram can button mushrooms
4 tablespoons sour cream
Parsley for garnish
Here’s how:
Stir-fry beef for 2 minutes or until it becomes close to tender.
Add garlic. When beef is cooked, remove from fire, season with salt and pepper,
and set on top of rice.
Prepare the gravy mix: Pour into the same skillet used to cook the beef
and mix in water. Add mushrooms and sour cream. Bring to a boil, until sauce
thickens. Pour over beef and rice. Garnish with parsley.
