St. Patrick's Day is not just green day, it also mean one great and explosive party. This emphatically unmatched event is celebrated during the 17th day of March. This is originally and Irish gathering but it is also celebrated in the United States. During this day, everyone is required to be dressed in or bring something green.



Speaking of big parties, you can have your very own cocktail party at home. How would that be possible? Well, just take the bar right at the comfort of your home by combining your own cocktails. Just be equipped with custom made drinking glasses, fresh fruits and alcoholic and non-alcoholic mixes and you're St. Patrick home party is all set to explode. For your benefit, here are several selected green cocktail recipes that you might want to have a go at.

Everybody's Irish

You Need:

2 oz Irish whiskey 1 Tbsp green crme de menthe 1 Tbsp Green Chartreuse Cocktail olive for garnish

All hail the Irish general public for introducing such event to the American. Surely, this is another reason why every people in the U.S. should party. Take a shot of this extraordinarily special cocktail mix by bringing together all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Just append ice cubes and shake it considerably well. Strain it in your very own promotional drinking glasses preferably a martini glass and top it off with olives.

Leprechaun

You Need:

2 oz Irish whiskey Tonic water Lemon twist for garnish

No, it is not the mythical creature that is related to the affair. This is a green cocktail that is just named after it. Put your green day honoring in a whimsical and magical nirvana by straining Irish whiskey on a custom made drinking glass like highball. Simply beef it up with tonic water on top and finish it with a lemon twist. This unique Leprechaun cocktail is magical, indeed.

Shamrock Shaker

You Need:

1 1/2 oz Kahlua 2 1/2 oz milk 1/2 oz Amaretto Edible green and gold powder for garnish (found at cake-decorating supply stores)

They affirm that every rainbows end awaits as pot of gold, just follow the leprechaun and you're good to go. St. Patrick 's Day is the only gathering where green is perfectly mixed with gold just like how you put together all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker along with some ice cubes. Shake it well and pour on a chilled promotional drinking glass like a traditional cocktail glass. Lastly, keep in mind to sprinkle it with green and gold power to achieve the desires color combination.
